Meet Our Therapists

Dr. Stephanie Rushton, LCSW

I’m a behavioral health therapist committed to helping children, adolescents and adults learn how to overcome challenging thoughts, feelings, behaviors, physical sensations, and experiences. I collaborate with individuals, families and couples to increase connection, communication, and getting needs met. My work also focuses on decreasing the distress associated with past experiences and changing patterns that are no longer working. I specialize in the healing of trauma, internal conflicts, and making changes in the central nervous system that allow us to have more moments that feel good and less moments of being stuck. I believe in continuous growth and development, everyone has value, and everyone has a reservoir of strength to draw from. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment with me please send an appointment request, complete the contact form, or call the office. If you don't like things that are going on inside of you, the way you are responding to things around you, or the direction things are going, let's work together to create change!

Leon Supsic Jr., MSW, LSW

As a behavioral health therapist, I specialize in strengths-based services for youth and adults that focus on discovering your “desired version of self” and creating an individualized approach that will assist with accomplishing those aspirations. My professional belief is that everyone is valuable and has worth. We all have diverse qualities and characteristics that make us unique and special, and in celebrating our strengths and differences, we are able to overcome the challenges in life that hinder our growth and satisfaction. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment, please send an appointment request, complete the contact form or call the office. Although the challenges we endure seem daunting, there is individualized support available.

Naomi baker, MSW, LSW

As a behavioral health therapist, my goal is to provide ethical, evidence-based care that centers on each person's individual needs. I take a holistic approach to well-being, recognizing the importance of the mind-body connection in the healing process. Mindfulness is one of the tools I integrate to help people stay grounded, build self-awareness, and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and calm. Mindfulness also encourages presence and emotional regulation. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of human connection. I believe every voice deserves to be heard and every story deserves space. Even in life's most difficult moments, you are not alone and your experiences matter. With compassion, empathy, and empowerment guiding my approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where growth is nurtured and each person is encouraged to recognize and embrace their inner strengths. I like to remember that with every rising sun, we are offered another chance to begin again and there's healing in that hope. Naomi will be joining the practice in August. She has immediate openings. Please contact the office if you would like to be added to her list.

Meghan grindle-weaver, MSW, LSW

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of connection. As a Licensed Social Worker, I see the therapeutic relationship as a space where trust, safety, and authenticity can take root and where healing begins.

I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy. That means I see you as the expert in your own life, and I honor the ways your experiences, especially difficult or painful ones, have shaped you. I work gently, with deep respect for your pace, your boundaries, and your unique story. You deserve to feel safe, seen, and in control of your healing process.

I also believe in the strength of tuning into your own beliefs and emotions. Therapy is not about fixing you. Therapy is about reconnecting with yourself, finding clarity, and rediscovering your voice. My role is to walk beside you as you explore what matters most to you, without judgment or pressure.

I work with individuals across the lifespan—from curious four-year-olds to wise senior citizens. Whether you’re navigating big emotions, life transitions, trauma, or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, I strive to meet you where you are with warmth, empathy, and care.

Meghan is joining the practice on July 7, 2025. She has immediate openings. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment, please send an appointment request, complete the contact form, or call the office.
