Meet Our Therapists

Dr. Stephanie Rushton, LCSW

I’m a behavioral health therapist committed to helping children, adolescents and adults learn how to overcome challenging thoughts, feelings, behaviors, physical sensations, and experiences. I collaborate with individuals, families and couples to increase connection, communication, and getting needs met. My work also focuses on decreasing the distress associated with past experiences and changing patterns that are no longer working. I specialize in the healing of trauma, internal conflicts, and making changes in the central nervous system that allow us to have more moments that feel good and less moments of being stuck. I believe in continuous growth and development, everyone has value, and everyone has a reservoir of strength to draw from. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment with me please send an appointment request, complete the contact form, or call the office. If you don't like things that are going on inside of you, the way you are responding to things around you, or the direction things are going, let's work together to create change!

Meghan grindle-weaver, MSW, LSW

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of connection. As a Licensed Social Worker, I see the therapeutic relationship as a space where trust, safety, and authenticity can take root and where healing begins.

I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy. That means I see you as the expert in your own life, and I honor the ways your experiences, especially difficult or painful ones, have shaped you. I work gently, with deep respect for your pace, your boundaries, and your unique story. You deserve to feel safe, seen, and in control of your healing process.

I also believe in the strength of tuning into your own beliefs and emotions. Therapy is not about fixing you. Therapy is about reconnecting with yourself, finding clarity, and rediscovering your voice. My role is to walk beside you as you explore what matters most to you, without judgment or pressure.

I work with individuals across the lifespan—from curious four-year-olds to wise senior citizens. Whether you’re navigating big emotions, life transitions, trauma, or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, I strive to meet you where you are with warmth, empathy, and care. Meghan has immediate openings. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment with Meghan, please send an appointment request, complete the contact form, or call the office.

Life is full of challenges, challenges that can sometimes feel daunting to face on our own. We may even feel as though our problems are so vast that there is little hope to overcoming such struggles. We may have tried to do all we can to fix such issues we see with our lives and within ourselves yet still end up feeling stuck. As a therapist, I believe in promoting an environment in which one can feel heard, respected, and valued. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families to help them define the areas in which they feel themselves getting stuck and help them in developing ways to address such challenges that are meaningful and personalized to them. I find value in helping others to discover the value they hold within themselves, to see that who they are doesn’t have to be determined by the problems that they face. Whatever your struggle may be, I would be honored to walk alongside you through this journey we call “life." If you're interested in scheduling an appointment with Cole, please send an appointment request, complete a contact form, or call the office.
